TCI Coatings, Inc. founded in 1959, manufactures a full line of protective and decorative coatings for a wide variety of substrates exposed to all types of conditions. TCI Coatings, Inc.’s quality is backed by over five decades of experience.
New products, like Hydrotec waterborne industrial coatings, have been developed to meet the demands of today’s OEMs as well as local air control districts. And like the products that built TCI Coatings, Inc. ‘s reputation, new products are constantly being developed to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
TCI Coatings, Inc. recognizes that service is an equally important product and therefore is committed to high standards of customer service. With a total team effort we ensure our customers’ needs are met from initial contact to completed delivery. All coatings requirements are analyzed by our technical service department to establish a formulation that best meets all criteria for price, application technique, materials compatibility, environmental impact, appearance and durability.
Powered by the Fenix Group, our product lines and technologies continue to evolve, backed by a full team of chemists and supported through our manufacturing locations in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Lubbock, Texas and Dade City, Florida.

Chief Executive Officer
Todd is a proactive and strategic CEO with strong financial and operational expertise. His leadership experience spans manufacturing, engineering, retail, service, and software industries, and exposure to public, private equity, closely help private and family-owned businesses. Todd utilizes his analytical abilities and a collaborative approach to identify and implement transformational growth strategies, while instilling a philosophy of value creation and aligning teams to implement strategies that increase enterprise value and long-term sustainability.
Todd establishes a foundation for success by emphasizing continuous listening, learning, and discernment focused on the market, customers, and being a solution provider.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minnesota State University.
Bob Madura
Vice President - Sales
Bob Madura brings over 30 years of paint and coatings industry experience to his current position as VP of Sales for Fenix SPC. As the previous owner of Delta Coatings Inc., he brings experience from all facets of the business as well as understanding what makes a successful sales organization. Bob believes in guiding his team to foster industry leading customer support and creating long-term partnerships with our customers and perspective customers. He enjoys golf and traveling with his wife of 30 years. Bob believes listening, learning, and communicating are the three key tenants to success in paint and coatings sales and he strives to empower his team with these attributes.
Jeff Bowles
Vice President - R&D
Jeff is a well-rounded, entrepreneurial scientist with a passion for integrating science and business. He has spent most of my career in upstream research and development, but has developed great interest in technology management, business strategy and market development.
Jeff feels the best way to integrate science and business is through development of a robust culture of collaboration, entrepreneurship and trust where challenges can be met without fear of failure.
